BAY VIEW CONDOS

The project known as Bay View Commons, occupies about two acres at 2121 S. Kinnickinnic Ave., and consists of 21 condominium units over 18,000 square feet of new street-level retail space. The condos range in size from 800 to 1500 square feet and was completed in 2005. The development occupies a former dry-cleaning facility and was developed by Big Bend Development.
